How long have you been in business?

I have been in workforce solutions, talent attraction, (the "world of work") since graduating college in 2005. I started my own firm in 2020, but prior to that was a W2 employer for a variety of global brands. 

What are your key products/services?

I help companies hire better, more intelligently, and without guesswork. My platform (we call it a tech-enabled hiring intelligence engine) is a validated way for companies to hire the right fit, for their respective culture (vs relying on job boards). 

How do you hope the chamber will help your business grow?

Per the above mentioned, I can assess and potentially partner to enable better hiring decisions at a cheaper cost while infusing data and science. Many companies struggle with high turnover or hiring the wrong people - which is extremely costly. I can also work with folks looking for work or those that might be looking for a new role. 

Outside of your business, how do you enjoy spending your time?

I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my wife and our son, Archer. I also enjoy sports, working out, and staying active in the community.
