October 2026 Member Spotlight
OCTOBER MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
HomeHero Roofing is our October Member Spotlight! President and co-owner, Andre Kazimierski, tells a bit more about this wonderful local business here:
How long have you been in business?
We started HomeHero Roofing in 2023, so we're three years in. Matt Balducci and I are the co-owners, and between us we've got about two decades in home services. We're locally owned and operated, with offices in Downers Grove and now downtown La Grange at 14 W Burlington.
What are your key products and services?
Roof replacement and repair, storm damage work, gutters, and skylights. Everything we do is backed by our Honest Roof Guarantee, which is a simple promise: we tell you the truth about your roof, no matter what. If you don't need a new roof, we'll say so. That's earned us 380 plus five-star reviews and it's the reason most of our work comes from neighbors telling neighbors.
How do you hope the chamber will help your business grow?
Honestly, growth is only part of it. One of the reasons we joined is that as we grow, there are going to be more chances to get involved, give back, and help other businesses around us. We operate help-first. If someone needs something and we can point them in the right direction, we do it, whether there's anything in it for us or not. We want to see the people around us win. We've already built a good circle of people we trust and refer work to, and adding more local businesses to that is something we're genuinely excited about. I grew up in the La Grange area and Matt grew up in the south suburbs, so this is home for both of us. My other company, Sophia's Cleaning Service, has been a chamber member for years, so we already knew what we were signing up for.
Outside of your business, how do you enjoy spending your time?
Most of it goes to my family. Beyond that I'm usually outside with our dogs, in the gym, or planning the next trip somewhere. I also do a lot around supporting veterans, which carries into the business, since we donate on every roof we complete to veterans organizations.
